
GreenLife was founded by Dr. Randall Green, PhD, LMFT, MDiv, CAP in 2012. Dr. Green partnered with Zvi Itzchaki, GreenLife's current CEO, in 2016. When Dr. Green passed away in November of 2020, Zvi continued to run the program together with his wife, Raija Itzchaki.

Zvi Itzchaki, CEO & Owner

Prior to joining GreenLife as co-owner in 2016, Zvi owned and operated assisted living facilities and a Medicare-certified home health agency. Committed to helping people for nearly 30 years, Zvi’s healthcare background paved the way for a natural transition into behavioral health and addiction treatment.
As the CEO and Owner of GreenLife IOP, Zvi personally ensures that each client receives compassionate care and tailored treatment for substance use, reflecting his unwavering commitment to the Client's well-being. Zvi is driven by a deep passion to help those who have been affected by substance use disorders to find their way towards authentic recovery and living a positive, productive life free of all kinds of addictions.
Raija Itzchaki, COO, Co-Owner & Community Outreach

As COO, Raija is responsible for GreenLife IOP’s business operations and procedures, regulatory compliance, licenses and accreditations, strategic planning, risk management, continuous performance improvement, and human resources management. She also represents and promotes GreenLife IOP at various community events throughout South Florida, helping to connect individuals and families with the support they need.
Raija brings nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare management and operations as a C-level executive across diverse settings. She has a strong leadership background with strategic insight, clarity in operational and financial needs, and sharp planning abilities—all of which support GreenLife IOP’s mission to provide high-quality, compassionate care.
Meet Kayla, Paula, Taylor & Agnes
Kayla Katz, MSW, LCSW, Clinical Director

Kayla is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work. With over 10 years of experience across a range of clinical settings, she has worked extensively in substance use and behavioral health treatment, providing care in inpatient and outpatient settings. Kayla has a strong background in the nonprofit sector, particularly in community social services, which has further enriched her ability to support individuals in need.
What drives Kayla as a social worker and now as Clinical Director is her passion for authentic connection and meaningful interactions. She believes that creating a collaborative and supportive environment is key to helping clients feel motivated and inspired to make positive changes in their lives.
As a therapist and leader, Kayla's approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and genuine care. She recognizes that strong therapeutic relationships are built on trust and rapport, and she prioritizes active listening, validating emotions, and offering unwavering support to help individuals navigate their unique journeys.
Paula Buitrago, MS, RMHCI, Primary Therapist & Substance Use Counselor

Paula Buitrago holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida.
Paula has experience as a therapist and a counselor in both inpatient and outpatient settings, working within dual-diagnosis programs that address co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

At GreenLifeIOP, Paula provides both individual and group counseling. In her role as a Primary Therapist, she partners closely with clients, offering personalized guidance and support throughout their recovery process. Paula strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, build resilience, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Taylor Maddox, MS, LMHC, Primary Therapist & Substance Use Counselor

Taylor has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida.
Taylor has experience working with dual-diagnosis programs for mental health and substance use treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Taylor provides numerous therapeutic modalities, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
Taylor's primary goal as a Therapist is to enhance each client's daily functioning, create a safe space for a positive therapeutic alliance, and improve quality of life by developing a treatment plan specific to each individual.
Agnes Bien-Aime, MS, RMHCI, Primary Therapist & Substance Use Counselor

Agnes obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern working toward full licensure as a Mental Health Counselor.
Agnes has multiple years of experience working at various Mental Health and Substance Use treatment centers. Her experience includes both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, where she has worked first as a clinical coordinator, and later as a therapist concentrating on individual counseling, group counseling, and art therapy.
Agnes' passion is art. She is an artist herself, and she enjoys combining the experience of creating art with mental health therapy. At GreenLifeIOP, Agnes provides both group and individual counseling as a Substance Abuse Counselor, and she is also a Primary Therapist for some of GreenLife's clients. Agnes is bilingual; she speaks both English and Haitian Creole fluently.

Dr. Andrew Bunce, PhD, Consulting Clinical Psychologist

With over 30 years of experience in Clinical Psychology, Dr. Andy’s specialty is in unresolved trauma, sexual addiction, and mindfulness in Recovery. Dr. Andy uses effective therapeutic approaches, including Mindfulness, CBT, and DBT, to treat his clients. Dr. Andy helps his clients develop a recovery plan that matches their unique needs and challenges, and leverages their personal strengths.
Dr. Andy acts as GreenLifeIOP's Consulting Psychologist, assisting our Clinical Team. He also holds group therapy for GreenLifeIOP Clients.
Dr. Jeanne – Elyse Cedeno, MD, Medical Consultant, Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician

Dr. Cedeno serves as GreenLife's Medical Consultant. She received her education and training from Michigan State University, College of Human Medicine. She did her internship at Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami, Florida, and her Residency at Baylor Hospital College of Medicine, Department of Family and Community Medicine.

Dr. Cedeno holds professional memberships in the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Florida Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Cedeno speaks English, French, and Spanish.
Chloe Seddon, MS, RDN, LDN, Consulting Nutritionist

Chloe Seddon is a registered dietitian nutritionist who holds a Master's Degree in health promotion from the University of Connecticut. She specializes in nutritional counseling.
Chloe believes that balancing food, eating, and exercise should be enjoyable and healthful. Chloe has extensive experience treating dual diagnosis of substance use disorders and eating disorders. At GreenLifeIOP, Chloe provides group counseling to GreenLifeIOP clients related to nutrition and substance use disorders.
