Our History

GreenLife was founded by Dr. Randall Green, PhD, LMFT, MDiv, CAP in 2012. Dr. Green partnered with Zvi Itzchaki, GreenLife's current CEO, in 2016. When Dr. Green passed away in November of 2020, Zvi continued to run the program together with his wife, Raija Itzchaki.

Robert “Bob” Scardino
MBA, MSW, LCSW, CAP

Clinical Director

Bob has a Master's degree both as a social worker, as well as in business administration. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, as well as a Certified Addiction Professional (CAP). In the field of substance abuse for 20 years, Bob has extensive experience as Clinical Director and Therapist at various substance abuse and mental health programs. Bob is also a Qualified Supervisor for Bachelor’s and Master’s Level Social Work students and registered interns. He is a seasoned presenter in the field of addiction treatment and substance abuse.

Cathleen (Cat) Coppola

Primary Therapist +

Substance Abuse Counselor

Cat has a Master's degree in Social Work, specializing in addiction studies, she is also a Certified Addictions Professional, a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, and a Substance Abuse Professional (Department of Transportation). She has over 13 years of experience in the Addiction and Substance Abuse field, having worked in various settings from Detox to Outpatient, as a Therapist and Counselor, as well as Clinical Director for two different recovery centers. Cat provides group and individual therapy at GreenLife. She also takes on the role of Primary Therapist for many of GreenLifeIOP's Clientele.

Kayla is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work. She has over 8 years of experience in various behavioral health settings, including crisis counseling, domestic violence, adoption and foster care, as well as in addiction treatment and substance abuse. Kayla provides group therapy to GreenLife's clients.

Kayla Katz, MSW, LCSW

Substance Abuse Counselor

Chloe Seddon is a registered dietitian nutritionist who holds a Master's Degree in health promotion from the University of Connecticut. She specializes in nutritional counseling. Chloe believes that balancing food, eating and exercise should be enjoyable and healthful.  Chloe has extensive experience treating dual diagnosis of substance use disorders and eating disorders. At GreenLifeIOP, Chloe provides group counseling to GreenLifeIOP clients related to nutrition and substance use disorders.

Dr. Andrew Bunce, PhD

Consulting Clinical Psychologist

With over 30 years of experience in Clinical Psychology, Dr. Andy’s specialty is in unresolved trauma, sexual addiction and mindfulness in Recovery. Dr. Andy uses effective therapeutic approaches such as Mindfulness, CBT and DBT to treat his clients. Dr. Andy helps his clients develop a recovery plan that matches with their unique needs and challenges their personal strengths. Dr. Andy acts as GreenLifeIOP's Consulting Psychologists assisting our Clinical Team. He also holds group therapy for GreenLifeIOP Clients.

Dr. Jeanne – Elyse Cedeno, MD

Family Medicine Physician

Dr. Cedeno serves as GreenLife's Medical Consultant. She received her education and training from Michigan State University, College of Human Medicine. She did her internship at Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami, Florida and her Residency at Baylor Hospital College of Medicine, Department of Family and Community Medicine. Dr. Cedeno holds professional memberships in the American Academy of Family Physicians, Florida Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. Dr. Cedeno speaks English, French and Spanish.

Agnes Bien-Aime
MHC, RMHCI

Primary Therapist &

Substance Abuse Counselor

Agnes obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, working towards her full licensure as a Mental Health Counselor. Agnes has multiple years of experience working at various Mental Health and Substance Abuse treatment centers. Her experience includes both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, where she has worked first as a clinical coordinator, and later as a therapist concentrating on individual counseling, group counseling and art therapy.  Agnes' passion is art. She is an artist herself, and she enjoys combining the experience of creating art with mental health therapy. At GreenLifeIOP, Agnes provides both group and individual counseling as a Substance Abuse Counselor, and she is also a Primary Therapist for some of GreenLife's clients. Agnes is bilingual, she speaks both English and Haitian Creole fluently.

Zvi “Joseph” Itzchaki

Chief Executive Officer & Owner

Prior to joining GreenLife as co-owner in 2016, Zvi owned and operated assisted living facilities and a Medicare certified home health agency. Committed to helping people for nearly 30 years, Zvi’s background in healthcare paved the way for a natural transition into the field of behavioral health and addiction treatment. Zvi is driven by a deep passion to help those who have been affected by substance use disorders to find their way towards authentic recovery and living a positive, productive life free of all kinds of addictions.

Raija Itzchaki

Director of Operations

& Community Outreach

As the Director of Operations, Raija is responsible for GreenLife’s business operations and procedures, regulatory compliance, licenses and accreditations, strategic planning, risk management, continuous performance improvement plans, as well as human resources management. Raija also represents and promotes GreenLifeIOP at various community events throughout South Florida. She has nearly 30 years prior experience in various settings within healthcare management and operations.
